Alexandra Kachala Bouadana (“Alex”) has been practicing Family Law since 2011. She concentrates her practice exclusively on family law issues arising from the dissolution of marriages as well as post-judgment and enforcement issues, including, but not limited to, prenuptial and mid-marriage agreements, civil unions/domestic partnerships, alimony, child custody and visitation/parenting time disputes, child support, removal/relocation of parent and child(ren), equitable distribution of assets and liabilities, and complex business valuations. Ms. Bouadana is skilled in all stages of family law litigation – conducting discovery, the preparation and defense of Motions, settlement panels, and trials. She is also an experienced negotiator.
